Profile

 

Oliver Bodeit studied Bioinformatics at the VU Amsterdam, with focus on developing and implementing constraint-based modelling techniques during his Master's project. In his PhD he studies cellular resource allocation phenomena by integrating existing knowledge and available data, to construct a genome-scale Resource Balance Analysis model of S.cerevisae (Baker's yeast).
